PLAYJOY LIMITED ("we," "us," "our", our Google Developer Name is "Playjoy PH") is dedicated to fully respecting and protecting the privacy rights of our users ("users," "user," "you") who visit our websites, access or use our games on mobile devices, personal computers, our websites, or any other platforms and/or devices ("our Games"), and use any services provided by us. These services include, but are not limited to, technology services, customer support, competitive gaming activities, and marketing and advertising (collectively, "our Services").

If you decline to provide information from your Social Networks accounts, you may not be able to register or log in using those accounts.

When using our Services, you have options regarding the information you choose to provide on your Account, such as your profile picture, nickname, gender, date of birth, and location. Providing additional information on your profile is optional, but it enhances your experience with our Services by allowing others to better understand you. Please refrain from posting or adding any information to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

5.1.3 Information about your payment

When you buy virtual currency or virtual items through our Services, we may collect and use your purchase and transaction information within the Services. This includes device details (such as Open ID, IP address, operating system version, device type, and internet connection), transaction specifics (such as time, date, cost, purchased product, currency, and order ID), and transaction records (including player ID, transaction time, country, email, phone number, purchase history, and payment card details). This collection is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations with you, process your payments, and provide transaction details.

All purchases and refunds are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not handle payment processing ourselves, nor do we have access to your credit card or billing information.

5.1.4 Information about Your Submission to Our customer support

If you encounter any issues while using our Services, you can reach out to us for assistance through our customer support channels or email us at help@inspirehk.net . When you submit a support request, we may collect the details of your inquiry, device information, and any contact details or other information you provide to facilitate communication or resolve the issue effectively. This may include recording the problem and its resolution. If you choose not to provide such information, we may not be able to offer you this service, but your ability to use other features of our Services will not be affected.

5.1.5 Information about advertising

We may associate ad identification numbers, such as Android ADID and Apple IDFA, along with device information, to your profile in order to track the effectiveness of our advertising when you interact with ads in our Services.

To deliver personalized advertisements, promotional activities, and marketing communications, we may collect and process the following information, subject to your consent: age, gender, email address, geographic location, device type, in-game information (such as your preferences and habits within our Games), and any other information you choose to provide in surveys or inquiries.

We may also use the information you provide to send you advertisements, conduct market surveys, or perform research via email. If you prefer not to receive such messages from us, you can opt out of receiving them (refer to "Promotional Communications" below).

Please note, opting out of receiving interest-based or targeted advertising does not eliminate advertisements from our Services or online platforms; however, these advertisements will not be personalized based on your Personal Data.

If we determine that you are a registered user under the legal age of majority as defined by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, we will refrain from targeting you with advertising or sending you such messages.

Internet Protocol (IP) address: We collect and process this information to manage your access to our Services.

Device information: Upon initiating use of our Services and based on permissions granted during installation, we gather details about your mobile device. Information collected may include UUID, IMEI, IDFA, device model, operating system version, APK name, app version, device display resolution, device settings, CPU details, storage information, battery status, time zone settings, and device location (IP address, GPS, WLAN, Bluetooth, and cell site information providing location data).

Usage Data: To fulfill our Terms of Service obligations, we collect and maintain details of your service usage as Usage Data. This encompasses your login account, IP address, provider information, internet connection environment, WIFI status, and other usage-related data generated during your interaction with our Services.

Please note that some of the information mentioned above, when considered alone, does not identify a specific individual and therefore does not qualify as Personal Data. Personal Data classification occurs only when such non-personal information is combined with other data to identify an individual, or when used alongside Personal Data. In such cases, we anonymize and de-identify this type of information, unless your consent or legal requirements dictate otherwise. Please note, for security reasons, your account closure must follow our instructions. Closing your account may prevent you from using our Services, and this action is irreversible. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize your relevant data. If you accessed your account through a third-party service (e.g., Apple ID, Facebook, Google ID), you must close your account through that third party.

 

13. How to Assert Your Rights

To conveniently access, view, update, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your Personal Data, or to adjust your subscription preferences, please sign into your account and visit "Account Settings," or contact our customer service. If we rely on your consent to collect and use your information, you may withdraw consent at any time. If you request deletion of your Personal Data and it is necessary for the Services you have purchased, we will only fulfill the request to the extent it is no longer needed for those Services or required for our legitimate business purposes, or legal or contractual record-keeping obligations.

To exercise your rights of access, data portability, correction, and deletion, please submit a verifiable request by contacting us at in-services customer support or email our DPO at help@inspirehk.net . Only you, or a person authorized to act on your behalf under applicable law, may submit such a request. You may also submit a request on behalf of your minor child.

13.1 You may make up to two verifiable requests for access or data portability within a twelve-month period. Your verifiable request must:

13.1.1 Provide sufficient information (including your account name, passwords, email address, and other reasonable information requested by the Company) to allow us to reasonably verify your identity or the identity of your authorized agent.

13.1.2 Describe your request with enough detail to enable us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data relates to you, we may be unable to respond to your request or provide you with Personal Data.

If you lose access to your account, you can verify your identity through SMS, email, or by contacting customer service to reset your password. During this process, you may need to provide certain Personal Data to verify your identity, such as frequent login location, device, content accessed, registration details, and city information.

Submitting a verifiable request does not require you to create an account with us. Personal Data provided in a verifiable request will only be used to verify the requestor's identity or authority.

We strive to respond to any verifiable request within one (1) month of receipt. If more time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing. Confirmation of receipt of your verifiable request will be sent within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If you have an account with us, our written response will be delivered through that account. If you do not have an account, we will deliver our written response by the method through which you submitted your request.

If we cannot comply with a verifiable request, we will explain our reasons in writing, where applicable. For data portability requests, we will provide your Personal Data in a format that is readily usable and facilitates transmission from one entity to another without obstacles.

Generally, there is no fee to access your Personal Data or exercise your privacy rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, except in cases of consent withdrawal. We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., pixels and ad tags) to gather data (e.g., device IDs) in order to recognize you and your devices across different services and devices where you interact with our Services. Many users are unaware that their "Do Not Track" signals are active, and as a result, these signals often do not accurately reflect user preferences. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. 15.1 Our usage of Bugly SDK

We have incorporated Bugly SDK into our applications to monitor product performance and swiftly address any issues reported by users. To achieve this, we might need to gather relevant personal and sensitive user data, such as installed applications, crash details, Android ID/IDFV, etc. This information will be shared with the Bugly SDK operator in a de-identified or anonymous format.

15.2 Our usage of Umeng+SDK

Our product, part of the Playjoy Limited Group, integrates with Umeng+SDK. This SDK collects certain data from your device, including the unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, OPENUDID, GUID), and SIM card IMSI information. This data is used for statistical analysis, improving the geographical accuracy of reports, and providing basic anti-fraud measures.

15.3 Our usage of Firebase

We intergrated Firebase SDK in our products and it may work for the following scene:

(1)Login Authentication;
(2)Google Analytics;

(3)In-App Messaging;
(4)Other Scenary that is neccssary for the Running of our products.
